Daily Flights on Doha Birmingham Air Route – Qatar Airways to Resume Operations
Starting 6 July 2023, Qatar Airways will resume its daily flights between Doha, Qatar and Birmingham, England. This new schedule comes as a part of the airline’s 2023 summer schedule.
There will be two different schedules for flights operating within the destinations. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, Qatar Airways flights will take off from the airline’s Doha hub at 08:05. These flights will reach Birmingham at 13:15. However, on the rest days including Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, flights will take off from Hamad Airport, Doha at 02:20. These flights will land in West Midlands City, Birmingham at 07:30.
Flights will operate from Birmingham to Doha in a similar fashion. Those running on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays will leave Birmingham at 14:45 to reach Doha at 23:40. On the rest of the days, flights will leave Birmingham at 09:00 and reach Doha at 17:55.
This is the first direct, regular service operating on the route since the pandemic disturbed air travel. Qatar Airways will use Boeing 787-8 aircraft for this service which comprises 254 seats in total, including 232 economy class and 22 business class seats.
