New Scale-up visa for qualified workers in the UK will make work permits easier

As well as help the growth of business and also to bring those who are “very highly skilled” and “academically elite” to join them.

Introduction to the Scale-up visa

This visa fills the eligibility criteria. They would be able to live in the UK for two years without requiring further sponsorship or permission beyond the first six months only for this visa enables companies and businesses to hire the top talent pool and highly skilful independent.
How can a business become a Scale-Up sponsor?

A Business should show sponsors to get qualify as a  Scale-up

·         An average annual turnover and/or employee growth rate of at least 20% for the preceding three-year period.

·         A minimum of 10 employees at the beginning of the three years.

Within an A-rated Sponsor License, The merchandising must be endorsed by the Home Office to sponsor employees via the Scale-Up route,

Who is eligible for the Scale-Up visa?

·         An applicant should be aged 18 years or over on the date of application to qualify as a Scale-Up employee.

 

·         A job at an appropriate skill level.

·         A salary which meets all three of the following: at least £33,000 per annum (guaranteed basic gross pay) and £10.58 an hour and the going rate for the occupation code.

·         English language ability in all components of at least level B1.

·         If the applicant has not been in the UK for 12 months, a financial requirement is that they have held funds of at least £1,270 for 28 days or are certified by the A-rated sponsor.

How long you can stay?

Along with a Scale-up Worker visa, you can stay in the UK for 2 years, when your visa will expire and you can apply to extend your visa.

 Under the eligibility criteria, you can extend your visa as many times as you like by 3 years, And after 5 years, you might be able to apply to settle permanently in the UK.
